Back in June, US Soccer said a committee will evaluate and overhaul the college soccer landscape. This was an article from ESPN.COM.

They said there will be a panel of 18 members spanning from stakeholders, pro leagues, and college soccer on both the men’s and women’s side.

College soccer has had the same boring and outdated rules like clock counting down, weird substitutions, and cramped seasons.

Would making all or at least part of college soccer a U-23 Premier Division be beneficial?
