All across the country, every student athlete will report to college and prepare for the upcoming season. I wish I could say it’s easy, but it’s not. Preseasons are usually 2-3 weeks of two to three-a-days. After just a couple days, every muscle in your body is cramped up. Icy hot is your best friend.
